Weekly Backups

Manually backing up a VPS Server isn’t the simplest task in the world. You will either have to use another server or your PC, alternatively rely on some 3rd–party solution. Our company offers a far simpler solution with our Managed Services offer. We will make a complete backup copy of your Virtual Private Server each week, so you never have to worry about losing valuable data. And we can retrieve a backup really fast. All backups we make are stored on a special machine with a RAID array of hard disks, so if anything happens to any part of your stored web content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you would like your virtual server to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you have to install & set up certain software on it. And if this sounds like something much too complicated for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting solution, an essential part of our Managed Services package, is definitely the right solution for you. With it, you will have the full and uninterrupted attention of one of our qualified system administrators who will install any software application or rectify any problem that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services deal is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. With the KVM VPS Servers, it’s an extra feature.
