That number is very impressive in my opinion. Friends I have referred to IX Web Hosting have not had yet any reason to switch web hosts which releaves me a little bit. I am always kind of nervous when recommending a web host, because it would reflect bad on my reputation send them to a bad web host.
It is a good recommendation to judge a web host by several factors. I am always impressed if a web host is around since the 1990's as that usually indicates that they are a solid business operation.
